Water Damage

This is water damage that had sat for a long period of time before it was discovered. SERVPRO came in to do the mitigation and found that mold had been growing on the back side of the drywall. The drywall was removed, mold treated and insulation replaced.  The walls are now ready to have new drywall put on and painted.  This photo shows that you never know what could be happening behind your walls. What looks to be a simple water damage could turn out to be a lot more once you start looking into the project.
