A very positive experience with SERVPRO. They arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time which is rare these days. Craig was extremely efficient and honest. When I asked about cleaning a handmade oriental rug he said he could not do it for fear of the colors "bleeding". They removed stains from carpet that I never thought would come clean. The carpet on the stairs leading to basement were so stained from outdoor traffic that we were prepared to replace it. Within a matter of minutes, Craig had them looking like new.Fantastic service at a very competitive price.
